Permission was granted to trainer Mr. B. Prithviraj to withdraw BALANCE OF NATURE (V.R. Jagadeesh) on veterinary grounds as it had sustained bleeding cut injury on left nasal bridge resulting in bleeding. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club's Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey G. Adarsh, the rider of APRIL BABE, reported that his mount was hanging out throughout the race and as such he had considerable difficulty in keeping it on an even course after rounding the final bend and could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and no abnormality was reported. However, trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.
