3                DR. S.R. CAPTAIN MEMORIAL CUP

A Trophy value Rs.20,000 presented by the HYDERABAD RACE CLUB and Rs.1,70,000 to the winner, Rs.85,000 to the second, Rs.80,000 to the third,  Rs.27,000 to the fourth,  Rs.9,000 to the fifth and Rs.8,000 to the sixth.

For horses, 3 year olds and upward.  Winner of a Sweepstakes (except B yerly Turk, Darley Arabian, Godolphin Barb,Alcock Arabian Stakes and  Category II / III Sweepstakes), a Category I or more than four races ( either of Category II/or a race of value Rs.1,20,000 or over other than a Category race) not eligible.

WEIGHTS:  3 year olds  ..  49 kgs.,  :  4 year olds and upward  ..  50.5 kgs

PENALTIES : Winner of a Category II race/or a race of value Rs.1,20,000 or over (o ther than  a Category  race)  3 kgs.,  or  either of 2 such races 6 k gs., or either of 3 such races 8 kgs., or either of 4 such races 10.5  kgs.
