The post race urine sample of YANA (Razeen/ Zaya) has been reported as positive to a banned substance. The filly had won the Indian Oaks (Grade 1) now faces disqualification leading to SWEEPING SUCCESS being crowned the winner. Trainer Bezan Chenoy has the option of sending sample "B" for confirmatory analysis.

The Lab report which was long due was anxiously awaited since the Race day i.e. 20th January 2008.

Meanwhile strong rumours were making the rounds and it has now been confirmed that the report is positive.
