Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to produce the declared colours at the scales in respect of his charge, MARIANELLA (R Vaibhav). Subsequently, All Black emergency colours were permitted to be used.

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and bumping QUEENS CRUISE (M Rajesh Kumar), which, in turn, passed it onto CUTE ANGEL (Irvan Singh), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate.

Jockey K P G Appu, the rider of PRETTYYASHYASHVINI, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race.

Jockey J. Paswan, the rider of SUPREME STRENGTH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the Race.

It was reported after the Race that QUEENS CRUISE (M Rajesh Kumar) had apparently lost its left hind shoe during the Race.

QUEENS CRUISE (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained multiple injuries on left hind cannon.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw NOUGHTSANDCROSSES on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from colic. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was fined Rs.1,000/- for not using Cross Nose Band on his charge, MY MUSKETEER (M J Gautam Raj Urs) for the use of which prior permission had been obtained.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KUKANOF, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount during the final stages of the Race thereby, inconveniencing RISE AND RISE (R Vaibhav) on his outside.

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KUKANOF, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (second infringement).

Trainer Mr. Rakesh was questioned regarding the running of his charge, MONEY BAY (Shiva Kumar). Trainer stated that the horse was blind on right eye and there were a very few riders, who were willing to ride this horse; Therefore, he had to use the services of the Apprentice Jockey Shiva Kumar. He added that although the rider tried his best to keep his mount on an even course, the horse was inclined to run out throughout the Race and ultimately, finished  on the outer portion of the race track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no other abnormality was reported.  Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed to take appropriate remedial measures and not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

It was reported after the Race that GIVE ME THE MONEY (Zulquar Nain) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

It was reported after the Race that the left hind shoe of MANTHARA (D. Gnaneshwar) had apparently splayed during the Race.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b f SERIOUSLY PERFECT.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw SPURT (N Rajesh) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

LITTLE ATHENA (R Vaibhav) after jumping out, swerved towards the left and ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of CEASARIA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount in the final 150 Metres of the Race, thereby, inconveniencing SIMPLY DANGEROUS (M A Milan)  and SHOWHORSE (S John) on his outside.

As Jockey P S Chouhan, the declared rider of SANATANA, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in Third Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride SANATANA in place of the declared rider.

It was reported after the race that MASTEROFTHESEAS (D K Ashish) burst its blood vessels during the Race. Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

JEEVIKA’S QUEEN (S John) was extremely fractious in the saddling enclosure, reared up, fell over and was found to have superficial injuries and also, was trotting lame on left hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride MIYARSPRINCESS in place of Jockey P.S. Chouhan the declared rider.

SUNSHOWER (K P G Appu) and TUSKER (Shivnath Paswan) could not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of BRAVE ASSAULT, reported that his mount was trying to run ‘out’ throughout the Race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed to take appropriate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw TEJI on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore due to sprained shoulder. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath to substitute Jockey P. Trevor to ride ESOTERICAL in place of Jockey P.S. Chouhan the declared rider.

GOD IS GREAT (A Ashhad Asbar) was slowly away and lost a few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one jump out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.

MISCHIEF (M J Gautam Raj Urs) sustained cut over right hind pastern.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw VISUAL ELEMENT (R Vaibhav) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on left fore due to abscess formation on the bulb of heel. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of SKYFLEET, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming ‘in’ and causing interference to YANKEE LANE (J Paswan) on his inside which, in turn, passed it onto DARE DON (M J Gautam Raj Urs) approaching the 300 Metres.

Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah and Jockey P. Trevor were questioned regarding the running and riding of LAD LADY in the above race.  The Trainer stated that (a) he had instructed the rider to be in mid bunch till entering the straight and ride out thereafter; (b) his charge having been drawn one had to travel on the inside for most part of the race; (c) the ground along the rails being soft it did not find its feet and hence was not accelerating and stumbled repeatedly; (d) after rounding the final bend the rider switched his mount to outside and rode out; (e) despite the rider’s best effort his charge could only finish a far away fourth; (f) his charge ran after nearly 50 days and it did not have a suitable race to run in between and  could not race at Bangalore; and (g) under these circumstances he could not do any better.  The rider when questioned corroborated the statement of the Trainer as regards the instructions and the run of the horse in the race.  Their explanations were noted.
