Trainer Mr.Chandrapal  Singh was fined Rs.1000/- for declaring  apprentice Jockey Bipin Kumar on his charge FLEET OF FEET . Subsequently he was granted permission to declare  App.Jockey Hashim Ali Khan to ride FLEET OF FEET .

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that TYSON (Danish Ali Khan) returned lame on Left Fore  after the race. Trainer Mr.K.Ali Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner MADE OF GOLD  in the presence of Trainer Mr. A.Khan  and sent for Analytical test.

Trainer Mr.Chandrapal  Singh was fined Rs.1000/- for declaring  apprentice Jockey Bipin Kumar on his charge ASHWA PANCHHI . Subsequently he was granted permission to declare  App.Jockey M.Chettri to ride ASHWA PANCHHI.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that  SUDDEN IMPACT (D.K.Ashish) returned lame on left fore after the race . Trainer Mr.S.Nawab was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Trainer Chandrapal Singh and App.Jockey M.Chettri were questioned regarding the running and riding of ASHWA PANCHI. Trainer stated that he had instructed the jockey to sit 4^th/5^th and do his best on entering the straight. On questioning App.Jockey M.Chettri stated that he had done his best. Not being satisfied with their explanations they were fined Rs.5000/- each for the unsatisfactory running and riding of ASHWA PANCHI. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Veterinary Officer certified that no apparent  abnormality.

Jockey Narain Singh the rider of DOLTON POWER reported that his mount jumped out awkwardly whereby his right hand brushed against the starting gates. He further added that negotiating the bend his mount was hanging out and he had difficulty in riding out. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the veterinary officer certified no apparent abnormality.

Trainer Chanderapal Singh was fined Rs.500/- for bringing his charge MIDDLE MAN into the parade ring with “Rubber Bit” for which prior permission had not been obtained, subsequently permission was granted to use “Rubber Bit” on his charge.                                

Jockey Nitin Singh the rider of RED REEF was severely reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course in the last 300 mts of the race.

Jockey  K.Narender Kumar the rider of REAL SMASHER reported that his whip severed negotiating the 800 mts. The whip was examined after the race and no action was taken except noting down the incident.

The Club’s Veterinary officer reported that MOONGATE MAN had apparently lost its right fore shoe during the race.

JOVIAL (L.Parshant) reared up as the start was effected as such it lost sufficient ground at the start.

Jockey Chand Mohd the rider of ROYAL CROWN was severely reprimanded for checking his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates whereby it stumbled.

Negotiating the bend OYSTER BLUE (Shadab Khan) stumbled and dislodging its rider. The horse was examined immediately and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it burst its blood vessel during the race and was sustained a fracture on left shoulder. Hence it was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

Jockey C S Jodha when questioned regarding the dismal performance of  DON’T BE SILLY stated that his mount began well and travelled nicely till about 150 mts. He added that in the vicinity of 100 mts his mount mis-strode and stumbled shortly after. He further added that from that point, his mount was under pressure and failed to run on. His explanation was noted. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported no apparent abnormality.

Urine sample was taken for analysis from the winner ODD’S N EVENS  in the presence of Trainer Mr. Rajinder  and sent for Analytical test.

On the way to  the Starting gate FULMINATOR dropped its rider App.Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed who was examined by the Club’s Medical Officer and  was certified medically unfit to ride as such the horse was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. In consequent of FULMINATOR being withdrawn a deduction of 20% on win and 50% on place bets was effected.

Trainer Mr.Manbir Singh was reported to the Stewards for leading THE PRATEORIAN the winner along with  unauthorized persons thereby contravening the Stewards order dated 28.4.2011.The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and questioned Mr.Manbir Singh. After deliberations they severely cautioned Mr.Manbir Singh in entertaining unauthorized persons onto the Track to “LEAD IN” for which he deeply apologized for the same and further stated that he would give it in writing in the office.                                  

Jockey S A Shah the rider of DAZZLE  reported that his mount jumped out lethargic  from the starting gate thereby loosing some grounds at the start.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that RESILIENCE (Bipin Kumar) returned lame on left fore after the race. Trainer Mr.I.S. Parmar was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

TAPITSFLY (G.S.Shekhawat)  planted in the starting gates , and did not take practical part in the race, in view of its behavior Trainer Mr.R.S.Shekhawat was informed not to accept with his charge untill its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in two mock races on a race day on race track.

FOREST MUSIC (Gurpreet Singh) was very fractious in the starting gate, Trainer Mr.I.S.Parmar was informed to give his charge more gate practice before accepting with it in a race.

Trainer Mr.Deepak Kalra was questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running and the resultant reversal of form of his charge UNGETTABLEBACHELOR as compared to its last run  in Race.NO.06 THE QUIT INDIA MOVEMENT PLATE DIV.I. FOR INDIAN HORSES RATED 1-26, Distance about 1100 MTS Run on 23^rd August,2011 when it put up a disappointing performance, where it was ridden from a rearward position. The Trainer stated that:-

1. In its last run he had given similar instructions in that to ride in a  forward position.

2. App.Jockey Shafeeq Ahmed, when ridden in its last outing advised that the gelding should be ridden with whip soon after jumping out and go to the forward position.
3. Accordingly he had declared Jockey R Parmod who is strong in hand and heels and has whip and instructed him to ride the horse in forward position.
4. He had also used Blinkers, & Tongue Strap after its run in race No.237 on 15.4.2011.                            

Hence in his opinion these could be the factors contributing to today’s improved performance. However while noting his explanation, he was reminded of the rules governing “in and out running”.
