Near 1400 metres, LAST TANGO (A.Sandesh) was tightened as COUGAR (J.Chinoy) shifted in. Jockey J.Chinoy has been fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.

Jockey S.S.Baria (SACRED RELIC) has been fined Rs.1000/- for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.

Jockey R.Shelar (ARABIAN ROCK) has been cautioned for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the straight.

Jockey Kavraj Singh (MUSICAL RHAPSODY) has been cautioned for allowing his mount to shift out under the use of the whip in the final 200 metres.

FREANY (A.M.Tograllu) lugged out while negotiating the bend and in the early part of the straight. Trainer Suresh Chavan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

After the race FREANY was found to be sound.

Trainer Vinayak and Jockey R.Shelar were questioned with regard to the running riding of STARLIGHT MAGIC. The Instructions were to take a good jump, be well up and to do his best, which were confirmed by the Jockey. It was put to them that Jockey R.Shelar was not alert at start due to which the horse took a slow start in a 1000 metres race and then there was no effort on his part to sit well up as instructed. Also, the Jockey was found wanting in his riding effort in the straight. Trainer Vinayak expressed his dissatisfaction with the Jockey’s riding. An Enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of STARLIGHT MAGIC and a report will be submitted shortly.

After the race, BEEMER was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

After the race STARLIGHT MAGIC was found to be sound.

On arrival at the starting gate, MARINE ZONE  was examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to be sore by the right fore leg, as such the mare was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter’s Order. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

At the start, CATALYST (Dashrath Singh) shifted out after an awkward jump, due to which CHINGARI (P.Trevor) shifted out and caused SOLAR ANGEL (Kavraj Singh) to shift out, who made contact with THRILLER (Amyn Merchant).

After the race ROSE BOWL & GOLDEN MEMORY were found to be sound.

FOLLOW THE DREAM (C.Rajendra) & SPRINGBANK (Neeraj Rawal) were reluctant to be stalled. Trainers Faisal A.Abbas and Imtiaz A.Sait have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice and show them to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

At the start, FAST BUCK (R.K.Mahesh) was tightened on to HIGHWAY EXPRESS (Dashrath Singh) as SPRINGBANK (Neeraj Rawal) jumped awkwardly inwards.

After the race HIGHWAY EXPRESS was found to be sound.

On arrival at the starting gate, HIGHLAND MUSIC was examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to be sore by the right fore leg, as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. CAPE FERRAT (C.Rajendra) was restless in the stall. Trainer Janardhan has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

SCHNELL (J.Chinoy) lugged-in in the straight. Since the gelding was reported to be sore by the right fore leg, no further action has been initiated in the matter. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

After the race, PEPE JUNIOR was found to be sound.

In the final 200 metres, TITLEIST (Nirmal Jodha) weakened and lost position due to which HIGHLAND FLAME (R.Shelar) who was following, was checked.

After the race ALBUURZ was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

OCEAN AND BEYOND (Suraj Narredu) was inclined to lug-in in the straight. Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.

Jockey Ladjadj Stephane (DANCING GLANCES) reported that his right leg made contact with the Gate as the horse jumped out and thereby he lost his right stirrup which he regained shortly.

Near 200 metres, SONEEYO (Dashrath Singh) shifted in and went across HOCKENHEIM (R.K.Mahesh). Jockey Dashrath Singh has been cautioned.

The Sr.V.O. reported that LAKE SUPERIOR was examined on 23/10/2011 and was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The colt has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

The Sr.V.O. reported that on the way to the start, VICTOIRE was observed to be trotting sore by the left fore leg, as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.

ASHWA YODHAA (Nirmal Jodha) hooked its hind leg on the side platform. The gelding was taken out of the starting gate and examined by the Club’s V.O. who certified him fit to race. SPRAUNCY  (C.Ruzaan) and HYM PATH (C.S.Jodha) were slow in the stride, losing about 2 lengths each, at the start.

At the start, PUMBA (R.K.Mahesh) jumped out awkwardly.  EXPELLIARMUS (P.Trevor) jumped out awkwardly and as the filly was being corrected, shifted out and took the running of SPRAUNCY (C.Ruzaan).

Jockey Vikram Jodha (SOLI DEO GLORIA) has been fined Rs.1000/- for improper use of the whip, wherein his mount kept an erratic course in the straight under the use of the whip.

Jockey A.Sandesh (KNIGHT RIDER) reported that his mount lugged-in in the straight. Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.

Jockey P.Trevor (EXPELLIARMUS) reported that his mount lugged in throughout the race. Trainer Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

After the race, SOLI DEO GLORIA was found to be sore by the right fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

After the race PEEWEE was found to be sound.

At the start, GLORIOUS MISS (Ladjadj Stephane) jumped out awkwardly inwards and went across OCEAN TERN (Akshay) and then made contact with ARABIAN CHAMP (Aadesh Kumar).

Soon on entering the straight, LUCKY MISBA (I.Shaikh) shifted out and carried SHABDEEZ (Amyn Merchant) outwards who went across TATTENHOE (V.Chandrakant). Jockey I.Shaikh fined Rs.2000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
