Jockey Dilip Singh the rider of GOED PAARD reported that negotiating the bend his mount drifted out and travelled on the outer portion of the race track and also his mount was changing its legs. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the Club’s Veterinary officer reported the horse was lame on left fore after the race. Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Ramandeep Singh Bal the rider of MISS STUNNING reported that he could not get a clear run between 800 and 400 metres of the race due to the erratic running of NO WORRY (S A Shah) which was ahead of him.

Trainer Mr.Rajinder was questioned regarding the inconsistent pattern of running of his charge JUST SUPER ( Jai Parkash ) resulting the reversal of form of his charge as compared to its last run in Race.No.265 on 9^th April,2012 where it was unplaced. The trainer stated that he could not offer any tangible reasons but could state that is  still a maiden, and since there was no pace in the race, his charge had to lead. His explanations were noted for future reference.

App. Jockey Mohd Asif the rider of DON’T BE SILLY was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Ramlal the rider of DAZZLING CRACKER was severely reprimanded for not improving his position from 900 mts and thereafter riding in a feeble  manner in the last 200 mts of the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ASHWA PANAMA (R Parvesh)  was observed to have burst it’s blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of four weeks (1^st  time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactorily bleeders test, it will be permitted to race, Trainer Mr. R.S.Shekhawat was accordingly advised.    

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that ROYAL CROWN (Ranjeet Singh)  was observed to have burst it’s blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of 12 weeks ( 3^rd  time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactorily bleeders test, it will be permitted to race, Trainer Mr. Mohsin Khan was accordingly advised.

Jockey K Sunny Kumar the rider of KOHINOOR EMPIRE was fined Rs.3000/- for checking his mount soon after jumping out of the starting gates for no apparent reason.

Jockey S Raza the rider of ELEMENTTO TRANCE was severely reprimanded for riding an indifferent race in that he rode in a feeble manner.

App.Jockey Bipin Kumar the rider of ROAMING FAME was severely reprimanded for allowing his mount to drift out negotiating the bend and travelling on the outer portion of the race track. The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported KOHINOOR BEAUTY returned lame on right fore after the race, Trainer Mr.Chanderpal Singh deputizing for Mr.I S Parmar was informed not to accept with his charge until passed fit by  the Club’s Veterinary Officer.

Jockey K.Sunny Kumar the rider of FIRECRACKER was fined Rs.5000/- for checking his mount soon after jumping out for no apparent reason and reported to the Stewards in relation to his riding on his mount FIRECRACKER.

The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and interviewed Trainer  Mr.Chanderpal Singh deputizing for Mr.I S Parmar and  Jockey K.Sunny Kumar and shown the replay of the race.

After hearing their statements, considering recommendation of the   Stipendiary  Steward  and relying upon their own observations based on the replay of the CCTV. After deliberations the Stewards decided to :-

i)       Note the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr.Chanderpal Singh.

ii)     Should jockey’s license be granted to  K.Sunny Kumar for the Season 2012-2013, the same shall stand suspended for a period of four race days for the unsatisfactory riding on his mount  FIRECRACKER  in the above race  thereby contravening  Rule No 161 (ii) of the RWITC Rules of Racing. He was however, informed that the dates of suspension will be notified at a later date. He was permitted to ride work/not mock race during the period of his suspension and advised of his Right of Appeal.

FIRECRACKER horse was impounded for veterinary examination the Club’s veterinary officer reported that no apparent abnormality.

BEYOND THE MOON (Ramlal) was slowly away and running detached from the field. In view of its behavior Trainer Mr.Magan Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in one mock race on a race day on race track. 

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that MOJO ( G.S.Shekhawat )  was observed to have burst its blood vessel during the race. In terms of Calendar Notification, it will not be permitted to race for a period of 4 weeks ( 1^st   time bleeder) and only after passing satisfactorily bleeders test, it will be permitted to race, Trainer Mr. Manbir Singh was accordingly advised.

Jockey Suresh Kumar the rider of MASTER DARTAGNAN reported that as the start was effected his mount reared up and his right leg brush against the starting gates.

Jockey Ramlal the rider of NEKO for severely reprimanded for coming in soon after jumping out whereby the rider of VARUN (Pawan Sharma) had to be checked by its rider.

Trainer Mr.Chanderpal Singh was severely reprimanded for his negligence in pertaining to the saddling of his charge MASTER BOOM ( S.Amjad Khan).

App.Jockey Hashim Ali Khan the rider of MIDNIGHT SPECIAL reported that his saddle slipped from the 300 mts of the race and as such he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount. The equipment was checked immediately after the race and Trainer Mr.Sangeet Charan was fined Rs.2000/- for his negligence of faulty saddling.

Jockey M.Shahid the rider of ANAMIKA was severely reprimanded for coming in  and bumping into TRUSTED MAN (R Parvesh) on his inside approaching 1100 mts.

Jockey Bipin Kumar the rider of FEARLESS TIGER was severely reprimanded for not sufficiently preserving with his mount during the race.

The Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that NONIOS (Ranjeet Singh) and MIDNIGHT SPECIAL( Hashim Ali Khan) were returned lame on Right Fore respectively. Trainers M/s Moshin Khan and Sangeet  Charan were informed not to accept with their charges until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary officer.
