Explanation of App. G. Sai Vamshi (ACE STAR) that his mount jumped out slowly and thereafter was running out more so in the straight, noted.  Trainer M.V. Narayana Rao was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

App. A.K. Pawar (PARADISE BAY) cautioned for maintaining an erratic course for the greater part of the race.

FLOWER OF TEMBA (APP. G. SAI VAMSHI) jumped out awkwardly towards outside taking the ground of MAHARADHI (NITIN SINGH) and thereafter maintained an erratic course in the straight taking the ground of MAHARADHI (NITIN SINGH).  Trainer M.V. Narayan Rao was advised to show his charge at the gates before next acceptance.

Jockey S. Sreekant (STOLEN DATE) severely reprimanded for the tender handling of his mount for the greater part of the race.

Explanation of Jockey P. A. Culhane (RACING TYCOON) that due to the fast initial pace he was unable to keep up with the field in the initial stages of the race inspite of his best efforts and thereafter his mount was gaining ground in the straight. Trainer Laxman Singh while confirming the above stated that his charge is not a genuine performer.  Trainer and Jockey both opined that the gelding would possibly relish a longer distance as he does not have initial speed.  Both Trainer and Jockey’s explanations were noted for future reference. 

SUPER COOL (K. ANIL) ran green for the greater part of  the race.  Trainer K. Satheesh was advised to take remedial measures before next acceptance.

Jockey N. Rawal (CAMACHO SPEED) cautioned to exercise greater control over his mount at about the 600 metres.

App. G. Sai Vamshi (MOLLA), Jockeys Laxman (ICELANDIC), M. Madhu Babu (BERNABEU) and Deep Shanker (ROCKING RACER) were cautioned to be more vigorous in their efforts in the initial stages of the race to be well up with the field.

Explanation of Jockey Sk. Sharookh (MARQUISE) in the presence of Trainer Faiyaz Shaikh that his mount maintained an erratic course in the final stages of the race more so under pressure due to which he was unable to ride out his mount to complete advantage, noted.  However, Jockey Sk. Sharookh was severely reprimanded to exercise greater control over his mount in future, failing which he would be liable to disciplinary action.

An objection lodged by Jockey N. Rawal (CANNON ACE) placed 3^rd by the Judge against Jockey Satish Nayak (BETTY PRIOR ) placed 2ND by the Judge was overruled by the Stewards, the Judges placings remaining unaltered.

Jockey Satish Nayak (BETTY PRIOR) fined Rs. 2,000/- for not making sufficient efforts to prevent his mount from shifting out in the final 150 metres  in the process causing interference to CANNON ACE (N. RAWAL).

ZERO TOLERANCE (R. LAXMIKANTH) permitted to be withdrawn.

HANDSOME HAWK (P. UDAY KIRAN) jumped out awkwardly and thereafter did not raise a proper gallop.  SSC revoked.

Jockey Nitin Singh (KRITHIMAN) cautioned to be more vigorous in the final stages of the race.

INVINCIBLE INDIA (N. RAVINDER SINGH) jumped out slowly losing about 4 to 5 lengths. SSC revoked.

Jockey S. Sreekant (STAR SALONI) reported loss of his whip at about 150 metres.

Jockey Satish Nayak (DREAM DEAL) cautioned for traveling wide until entering the straight for no apparent reason.

MERRY MAID withdrawn on veterinary grounds.

IMAAN (DEEP SHANKER) trailed the field throughout the race.  Trainer Laxman Singh advised for better performance before next acceptance.

Apps. A.K. Pawar  (KOHINOOR DESTINY) and B. Dileep (SWEET CANDY) cautioned for traveling wide for the greater part of the race for no apparent reason.

App. Kuldeep Singh (GARCIA MARQUEZ) fined Rs. 1,000/- for maintaining an erratic course in the initial stages of the race in the process causing interference to EL PASO (LAXMAN) and NASHEETA (N. RAWAL).

The Stewards suspended App. Ajit Kumar (NAPOLEON) from riding in races with effect from 4^th to 6^th August, 2012 both days inclusive for careless riding in that he allowed his mount to shift in onto ALEXANDER SQUARE (S. SREEKANT) who in turn caused interference to PEDALO (P.S. CHOUHAN) and then shifted out at about the 800 metres due to which INDIAN EPIC (APP. P. SAI KUMAR) racing directly behind clipped his heels and stumbled in the process dislodging the rider.  App. P. Sai Kumar who was rendered necessary medical assistance escaped unhurt.

App. Ajit Kumar was however permitted to ride work.

Subsequently the riderless INDIAN EPIC caused severe interference to PEDALO (P.S. CHOUHAN) who clipped and stumbled at about the 600 metres.
