INCIDENTS :

b m FASCINATING (Melvyn Maseyk) was slow into its stride.

 

b g OCEAN ELEMENT (Nelson Maseyk) was slow to begin losing considerable ground at the start. In view of its behavior Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 

Jockey Shailesh Shinde, the rider of ROXY, was reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course in the final 200 metres of the race.

 

App B Srinivas Rao, the rider of CHINATOWN, was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for excessive use of the whip on his mount (1st offence).

INCIDENTS :

BREAK THE HABIT (Vinay Jaiswal) played up on its way to the start thereby delaying the proceedings. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to ensure that his charge reaches on time at the start in future.

 

CRADOC (Md. Imran) was fractious while being stalled.

 

SUGAR ‘N’ SALT (S Domingo) jumped at an angle, brushed the gates and was slow to begin in the process.

 

CALYPSO GIRL (App Md. Azharuddin) was slow to begin losing approximately two lengths at the start.

INCIDENTS :

Tr. Jasbir Singh was permitted the use of emergency colours "all black’ on his charges POKER ANGEL & POKER PRINCESS and was charged a sum of Rs. 75/- each. The Trainer was, however, fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for failing to produce the registered colours of the owners in respect of his charge for the 2nd day in succession and further advised to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future.

 

LAKE KINGDOM (Sk Israil) travelling along the rails behind ARCTIC FORCE (Gajender Singh) accidentally clipped the heels of the latter approaching the 400 metres thereby stumbling and dislodging its rider. Jockey Sk Israil escaped with minor injuries.

 

Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of POKER PRINCESS, was reprimanded for coming in sharply rounding the bend while not sufficiently clear of the other runner.

INCIDENTS :

Prior to the running of the race, Tr. Bharath Singh informed that he had asked Jockey Vinay Jaiswal to ride his charge dk b c ROYAL SCOTS in check as the colt had not performed to expectations when ridden from the front in its last outing. The same was noted for future reference.

 

PROMISES TO KEEP (B Sreekanth) which was fractious while being stalled, was slow to begin. 

 

b g SOLID AND RAUNCHY (S Amjad Khan) which was well up with the field dropped back approaching the final bend. The gelding was impounded for veterinary examination. On immediate examination the Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that the gelding returned lame on its right fore. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

INCIDENTS :

b g STORMETTE, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer on the morning of Tuesday, 17th July, 2012 and found to be lame on right fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

 

Prior to the running of the race, Tr. Patrick Quinn informed that he had asked App Zarar Alam to ride his charge b m OCEAN FAIRY in check as the mare had not performed to expectations when ridden from the front in its previous outings. The same was noted for future reference.

 

ALIENATION (Afzal Khan) was reluctant to go to the start thereby delaying the proceedings. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to ensure that his charge reaches on time at the start in future.

 

gr c ALIENATION (Afzal Khan) was pulled up by its rider approaching the 300 metres and brought to a halt with the rider dismounting in the final 50 metres of the race. On immediate veterinary examination the Sr. Veterinay Officer reported that the colt returned lame on its left fore. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

 

The Veterinary Officer reported that dk b m SILKEN DANCER returned with a cut injury on her right hind.

INCIDENTS :

Tr. Patrick Quinn was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for parading his charge HIGHLAND MUSIC in the paddock with a basket bit for which no permission was obtained. Subsequently the equipment was removed.

 

dk b g SHERSHAH (Shadab Khan) played up on its way to the start thereby delaying the proceedings. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to ensure that his charge reaches on time at the start in future.

 

RECORD BREAKER (C Alford) was slow to begin.

 

App Vikash Tamang, the rider of HIGHLAND MUSIC, reported that his mount did not have anything to offer when asked for an effort in the final 300 metres of the race and dropped back rapidly approaching the distance post, as such he eased up his mount. Tr. Patrick Quinn was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.

 

ARBROATH (Asghar) was inclined to hang ‘out’ for the greater part of the race. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to take adequate remedial measures before accepting with it again.

INCIDENTS :

dk b f ALICANTE (App Zarar Alam) was very fractious inside the gates. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate of the filly has been revoked by the Starter. Tr. Patrick Quinn was informed not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a mock race.

 

BLUE MOUNTAIN (Md. Islam) and SADDLERS PRIDE (Mohit Singh) were slow to begin. 

 

Jockey Haroon Khan, the rider of RITHAMBHRA, reported loss of his whip approaching the 300 metres.
