Jockey M A Milan, the declared rider of GOLDEN SLIPPER, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not drawing the declared weight on the scales. Hence  permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Z Darashah to substitute Jockey Vivek to ride GOLDEN SLIPPER in place of the declared rider.

Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of GOD IS GREAT, reported that his mount brushed the gates while jumping out, thereby, he lost his left stirrup, which, he regained, passing the 1000 Metres.

Jockey D K Ashish, the rider of ALTIRA, was reprimanded for dropping  hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Saddam Iqbal, the rider of SANATANA, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Saddam Iqbal, the rider of SANATANA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (first infringement).

Jockey Saddam Iqbal, the rider of SANATANA, placed Second by the Judge, objected against Jockey D K Ashish, the rider of ALTIRA, placed First, for “coming onto me and pushing me out repeatedly in the straight, thereby I had to keep checking my mount that cost me a certain race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

ROCKET RONNIE (Nassar Alam) sustained cut injury on right fore back of fetlock.

ALTIRA (D K Ashish) sustained multiple cut injuries on right hind inside hock.

DARLING DYNAMITE (R Ravi) was extremely fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order.

Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of SAUCE PIQUANT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for repeatedly checking his mount in the first 200 Metres of the Race for no apparent reason.

Jockey Sarvan Kumar, the rider of RIVER GEM, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to CALDERA (M A Milan), which in turn, passed it onto SIMPLY DANGEROUS (J Paswan), on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.

Jockey Md. Ajmal, the rider of GOOD SHOT, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to WINNING TALE (D K Ashish) on his inside approaching the 800 Metres.

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of CALDERA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and causing interference to WINNING TALE (D K Ashish), which, in turn, passed it onto SAUCE PIQUANT (S R Santosh Kumar) on its outside, rounding the final bend.

WINNING TALE (D K Ashish) sustained cut over left fore coronet.

RIVER GEM (Sarvan Kumar) sustained superficial injury over right hind cannon.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch m CALDERA.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of ALWAYS ON TOP, reported that he could not get a clear run soon after the start due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey S. Shiva Kumar, the rider of EMERALD, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the Winning Post.

It was reported after the race that THEWORLDISMINE (Saddam Iqbal) burst its blood vessels after the Race. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

VIGOROSO (N Rajesh) was permitted to be withdrawn.

As Jockey M A Milan, the declared rider of SHAKA ZULU, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Second Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride SHAKA ZULU in place of the declared rider.

Jockey C. Harish, the rider of PERFECT BOND, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing  HIGH TREASON (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Sarvan Kumar to the Stewards for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing] on his mount, COLOR ME in the above race. The Stewards held an enquiry after the last Race and examined Trainer Mr. Rakesh and Jockey Sarvan Kumar. After deliberations, they decided to (a) accept the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Rakesh and  (b) suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey Sarvan Kumar from 15-07-2012  to 30-07-2012 (both days inclusive) for unsatisfactory riding [Rule No. 161(ii) of the BTC Rules of Racing] on his mount COLOR ME in the above race [permitted to ride work].

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from dk b f COLOR ME.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SHAKA ZULU.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Eshwer to substitute Jockey D K Ashish to ride LEGAL KNIGHT, in place of Jockey M.A.  Milan the declared rider.

YOURE KISS’S DUE (Md. Sameer) was extremely fractious, reared up and was stuck for a considerable period of time in the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order.

GAMBIT (Vijay Kumar) did not get a clear run soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates due to the crowding of the field.

Jockey S. Ramesh, the rider of TORNADO FORCE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to YOURE A LEGEND (Bhanu Prathap Singh) on his inside approaching the 250 Metres.

EIKON (I A Khan), after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop in the first 200 Metres of the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.  M Eshwer was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in one Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.

Jockey I A Khan, the rider of EIKON, reported that he lost his right stirrup soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate, which, he regained, approaching the 1200 Metres.

Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.3,000/- for not properly fastening the Blinkers in respect of his charge, EIKON (I A Khan) as a result the Blinkers became loose and shifted out of position within the 100 Metres of the start. After due examination of the equipment, it was found not to have been well maintained and hence Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined an additional sum of Rs.2,000/- for his negligence.

Jockey Himanshu, the rider of SURYA PUTRA, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Jockey I A Khan, the rider of EIKON, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd  infringement).

It was reported after the Race that the left hind shoe on WALTER (C. Harish) had apparently splayed during the race.

HUCKLEBERRY FINN (D K Ashish) sustained bruises above left hind hock.

SPRAWLING ELEGANCE (Ajeet Kumar) accidentally brushed the false rails, approaching the 600 Metres.

Jockey Bhanu Prathap Singh, the rider of PRINCE ASHWIN, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and causing interference to MAN DOWN UNDER (Akash Agarwal) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

SPRAWLING ELEGANCE (Ajeet Kumar) sustained injuries on left hind thigh and right stifle.

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b.m. BADDA RUPAIYYA.

Trainer M Eshwer was fined Rs.10,000/- by the Stewards for his negligence in not obtaining Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting his charge, ROCK ALL, to run in the above Race when he had been specifically told to do so. Subsequently, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race.

JUST GREAT (Zulquar Nain) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s Order. Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

AMBER STAR (J. Paswan) took a fly jump.

DEFIANCE (Mukesh Kumar) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

Jockey J. Paswan, the rider of AMBER STAR, was reprimanded for shifting ‘in’ and inconveniencing TAKE MY WORD (Irvan Singh) on his inside approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of ATOM BOMB, was fined Rs.1,000/- for suddenly changing course from inside to outside, passing the 300 Metres.

AMBER STAR (J. Paswan) sustained cut injuries on right hind inside hock.

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SUPREME ARCH.

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah to substitute Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar to ride MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS, in place of  Jockey M.A. Milan the declared rider.

Jockey Shahnawas, the rider of PREZZIE, was reprimanded for coming in and inconveniencing MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS (A. Ashhad Asbar) on his inside approaching the 1200 Metres.

Jockey R. Vaibhav, the rider of TIME FOR ALL, placed Second by the Judge, objected against Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS, placed First for “the winner came in sharply in the last 150 Metres, bumping and boring thereby I had to check my mount that cost me the race”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Jockey Ashhad Asbar, the rider of MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for not maintaining a straight course in final 100 Metres of the race. 

DARE DON (Himanshu) sustained cut on left fore inside knee joint.
