INCIDENTS :

Jockey D K Ashish, the declared rider of ALWAYS INSPIRING, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the delay in arriving to fulfil his riding engagement for the above race. 

 

VIRAT (S Shiva Kumar) dislodged the rider on the way to the Starting Gate, and ran rider-less. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s Order. 

 

It was reported after the Race that SINGHAM (R Vaibhav) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

 

Trainer Mr. C V G K Kishore was fined Rs.3,000/- for his negligence in the discharge of his duties in not fastening the bandage properly on the left fore of his charge RED CARDINAL (M Rajesh Kumar). He was cautioned to be more careful in future.  

 

DAINTY DIVA (M D Paswan) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Z Darashah was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

 

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of SINGHAM, was fined Rs.5,000/- for not exercising sufficient control over his mount, thereby, clipping the front runner, RED CARDINAL (M Rajesh Kumar), approaching the 1000 Metres, and for striking the front runner, AWAYS INSPIRING (D K Ashish), approaching the 800 Metres, and for coming ‘in’ and causing very severe interference to RED CARDINAL (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside, approaching the 700 Metres. 

 

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to the Stewards for contravention of Rule No.114((b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing in that, as a Trainer of VIRAT (S Shiva Kumar), he made inordinate delay in arriving to saddle his charge in the above Race as a result the horse left the paddock very late. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan. After deliberations, they decided to fine him Rs.20,000/- for contravention of Rule No.114(b)(i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for the inordinate delay in arriving to saddle his charge, VIRAT, in the above Race. 

 

ALWAYS INSPIRING (D K AShish) sustained superficial injury on left hind thigh region. 

 

RED CARDINAL (M Rajesh Kumar) sustained cut injury on right shoulder. 

 

Surprise Sample was taken for analysis from b g VIRAT. 

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f JAZZBYTHEBAY.

INCIDENTS :

As Jockey S. Shiva Kumar was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the first race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. G.T. Surender to substitute Jockey M. Madhu Babu to ride NOUGHTSANDCROSSES in place of the declared rider.  

 

Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of ATTATURK, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (second infringement). 

 

PENALTY KICK (D Gnaneshwar) sustained injury over left hind coronet. 

 

LAND OF GOLD (S R Santosh Kumar) sustained cut injury over right fore inside fetlock.

INCIDENTS :

AMIERA (Zulquar Nain) jumped awkwardly inwards from the starting gate. 

 

Jockey Ajeet Kumar, the rider of SURYA PUTRA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘out’ and causing interference to CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK (R Vaibhav), on his outside, soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate. 

 

Jockey Bhanu Prathap Singh, the rider of SKY EMPRESS, was fined Rs.1,000/- for shifting ‘in’ and bumping KAR O BAR (A Vihwanath), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate. 

 

Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of CHAKRAVYUHA BHEDAK, reported that he lost his whip, approaching the 450 Metres. 

 

Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of MARIANELLA, was fined Rs.2,000/- for the delay in sending his saddle after weighing ‘out’. 

 

The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey R Vaideeshwaran, the rider of MARIANELLA to the Stewards, for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading “Use of Whip”, in that, as the rider of MARIANELLA, he excessively used the whip on his mount (third infringement during Mysore Summer Races 2012). The Stewards held an enquiry after the last race and examined Jockey R Vaideeshwaran. After deliberations, they decided to suspend the Jockey’s Licence granted to Jockey R Vaideeshwaran from 16-08-2012 to 17-08-2012 (both days inclusive) for contravention of Calendar Notification under the heading, “Use of Whip”, on his mount, MARIANELLA in the above Race [permitted to ride work]. 

 

AMIERA (Zulquar Nain) sustained gum injury.

INCIDENTS :

Trainer Mr. Santosh S Rao was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, SUGAR GOLD (M Rajesh Kumar) (first infringement). 

 

YOURE A LEGEND (R Vaideeshwaran) stumbled while jumping out of the Starting Gate.

Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was fined Rs.5,000/- for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge, SARATOGA (J Paswan) (first infringement). 

 

GAMBIT (S Ramesh) took a fly jump. 

 

CHAMCHA IN CHIEF (M Madhu Babu) took a fly jump. 

 

Jockey D Gnaneshwar, the rider of WINNING TALE, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming ‘in’ and causing interference to FLIRTING KING (Noorulla) on his inside, which, in turn, passed it on to RIVER GEM (A Ashhad Asbar), approaching the 1100 Metres. 

 

It was reported after the Race that the right fore shoe of ABSENCE (K P G Appu) had apparently splayed during the Race. 

 

It was reported after the Race that CHAMCHA IN CHIEF (M Madhu Babu) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

 

Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g SUN DEVICE.

INCIDENTS :

MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS (P Trevor) accidentally stumbled, approaching the 1000 Metres, thereby totally unbalancing the rider who was dislodged from his mount, as a result of which, GUIDED MISSILE (Afsar Khan), which was travelling directly behind, had to be checked by its rider to avoid going over the prostrated horse and the rider. 

 

Jockey A Ashhad Asbar, the rider of VIGOROSO, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (first infringement). 

 

Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of FLASH FLARES, was fined Rs.3,000/- for coming ‘in’ and crowding the field on his inside before passing the Red Marker Post. 

 

Jockey M J Gautam Raj Urs, the rider of DEMANDING FORMAT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race (second infringement). 

 

MYSTIC ENCHANTRESS (P Trevor) sustained cut injury on right fore pastern. 

 

THE SPARTAN (Irvan Singh) sustained multiple cut injuries on right hind inside cannon. 

 

It was reported after the Race that RASHIDA (D K Ashish) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

INCIDENTS :

As Jockey Afsar Khan, the declared rider of WYNN, was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the Seventh Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan to substitute Jockey Vijay Kumar to ride WYNN in place of the declared rider. 

 

AMIABLE LADY (Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced WYNN (Vijay Kumar), soon after jumping out of the Starting Gate. 

 

Jockey M A Milan, the rider of CALDERA, was reprimanded for not maintaining a straight course, approaching the 400 Metres. 

 

CUTE STYLE (M Rajesh Kumar) drifted ‘out’ under pressure in the final 200 Metres of the Race. 

 

TORNADO FORCE (M Prabhakaran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future. 

 

PREZZIE (M Chettri) sustained cut over right stifle. 

 

It was reported after the Race that AMIABLE LADY (Shiva Kumar) burst its blood vessels during the Race. Trainer Mr. S Santosh Rao was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. 

INCIDENTS :

Permission was granted to Trainer Ranjeet Shinde to substitute Jockey R Ravi to ride GOOD SHOT in place of the declared rider.  

 

As Jockey P. Trevor, the declared rider of HUCKLBERRY FINN was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the eighth Race, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Z. Darashah to substitute Jockey D. Gnaneshwar to ride HUCKLBERRY FINN in place of the declared rider. 

 

Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. J Sharavanan to substitute Jockey M Madhu Babu to ride SHOWHORSE in place of the declared rider.

 

Jockey D. Gnaneshwar, the rider of HUCKLBERRY FINN, reported that his saddle shifted back in the final 200 Metres of the race. After due examination of the equipment, trainer Mr. Z. Darashah was fined Rs.3,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge HUCKLBERRY FINN. 

 

Jockey D.K. Ashish, the rider of ZAMINDAR, was reprimanded for changing course between 800 Metres and 700 Metres.
