Jockey Faisal M Ismail, the rider of RED FLAME, was fined Rs.2,000/- for allowing his mount to shift `in` and cause interference to LUCA BRASSI (M Narredu) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey Faisal M Ismail, the rider of RED FLAME was fined Rs.1,000/- for dropping his hands before passing the winning post. He was informed that repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for severe disciplinary action.

Jockey M. Narredu, the rider of LUCA BRASSI placed II by the Judge objected against Jockey Faisal M Ismail, the rider of RED FLAME placed I for "tightening me at 250 Metres and crossing me thereafter, whereby I had to check my mount and I had to make my run from the outside whereby I lost a certain race". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations they decided to overrule the objection.

COPPER SKY (B Prithviraj) sustained a cut injury on right hind.

Jockey Ms Silva Storai, the rider of BROWN SUGAR was fined Rs.2,000/- for allowing her mount to shift `in` and cause interference to LANCASTER (Y S Srinath) approaching the 900 Metres.

An objection was lodged by M Eshwer, the trainer of LANCASTER placed III by the Judge against Jockey Silva Storai, the rider of BROWN SUGAR placed I for "badly bumping my horse at the 900 Metres causing to hit the false rails and dropped its position and for squeezing it till the final 150 Mtrs.". The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the trainer and the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations they decided to overrule the objection.

The Stewards continued the enquiry after the last race into the evidence tendered by Jockey Y S Srinath in the above objection and interviewed the Jockey concerned. After deliberations, they decided to fine Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of LANCASTER a sum of Rs.5,000/- for giving misleading and contradictory evidence during the enquiry.

ONE AIM (Aslam Kader) sustained a cut injury on left hind canon.

Approaching the 600 Metres UTHHARE (Suraj Narredu) which was racing fiercely was shifted `out` by its rider to avoid clipping the heels of SALADIN (Ranjeet Singh) thereby inconveniencing DOUBLE EAGLE (A Imran Khan) and GOLDEN FORTUNE (Shobhan Babu) on its outside.

Jockey Mohd Yasin, the rider of CRYSTAL CHARM was fined Rs.1,000/- for not being alert at the start.

Jockey M R Singh, the rider of STATO QUEEN was fined Rs.1,000/- for not sufficiently persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey Shobhan Babu, the rider of LUSITANIA was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

Trainer M Eshwer was fined Rs.2,000/- for the contravention of the General Condition 5 of the Prospectus of the Bangalore Summer Meeting 2003 for accepting his charge GRUNSTEIN to run on two consecutive days i.e. on 24th and 25th May 2003. Subsequently it was not declared to start in the above race.

TEMPLE TOWN (David Badel) sustained a bleeding gum injury and lost a tooth due to trauma.

PERFECT TEN (P Kamlesh) sustained a cut injury on right hind hock.

TUNISIA (S Rajesh) sustained a cut injury on right hind tendon.
