for not maintaining a straight course soon after the start.

Rs.500/- for shifting out and causing inteference to APOLLO REEF
(S Rajesh) on his outside approaching the 700 Metres.

Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of ARGENTUM BLUE, was fined
Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during
the race.

Trainer R R Byramji was fined Rs.500/- for error in declaration in respect of his charge, HAMILTON (David Badel) as regards
shoeing.

The saddle on ALPHONSO was observed to have shifted back passing 800 Metres. On being questioned, Jockey P Shroff confirmed the above and added that he could not sufficient assistance to his mount. Trainer Mr. N A Ponnappa was fined Rs.1,000/- for faulty saddling of his charge and was cautioned to be more careful in future.

dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

Jockey Harish, the rider of UTHTHARE, was fined Rs.2,000/- for
taking unduly a long lead whereby his mount gradually slowed down after rounding the final bend. He was informed that a repetetion of the similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for disciplinary action.
