Jockey P Ramesh, the declared rider of SOLAR SPIRIT, was fined Rs.1,000/- for failing to arrive in time to fulfill his riding engagement in the above race. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mahmood Khan (deputising for Trainer, Mr. Prashanth Pawar) to substitute Jockey A R Mani to ride SOLAR
SPIRIT in place of Jockey P Ramesh.

Trainer Prashanth Pawar, was fined Rs.500/- for making an error in the starting declaration in respect of his charge SOLAR SPIRIT as regards shoeing.

Jockey P Ramesh, the rider of SOLAR SPIRIT, reported that his saddle completely shifted back, approaching the 300 Metres and that he could not offer sufficient assistance to his mount thereafter. Trainer Mahmood Khan was fined Rs.1,000/- for faulty saddling.

Jockey V Gharat, the rider of CAAPE CITY, was fined Rs.1,000/- for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race.

Jockey M Suresh, the rider of AUCHTERARDER, was fined Rs.500/- for shifting "out" and causing interference to MAURYA (C Krishnan) on his outside soon after the start.

Jockey C Krishnan, the rider of MAURYA, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming "in" and causing interference to AUCHTERARDER (M Suresh) on his inside, approaching the 1300 Metres.

Jockey M Rajendra Singh, the rider of FORBIDDEN PLEASURE, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.

As the start was effected, MOST CONVINCING (R Rajesh Singh) reared up and jumped out of the gates riderless. The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry soon after the race into this incident and interviewed the Starter, Trainer Mr. M P Mahaesh and Jockey R Rajesh Singh. After deliberations, they decided not to
alter the result of the race. They further directed the Stipendiary Stewards to conduct a detailed enquiry and submit their report thereon.

Jockey P Kumar, the rider of COOL CAMP, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey P Ramesh, the rider of GYPSIE`S WISH, was fined Rs.2,000/- for not persevering with his mount during the race.

Jockey P Krishna, the rider of SHATTERED SHIELD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming "in" and causing interference to BLUSHING MEMORIES (Suraj Narredu) on his inside, approaching the 1300 Metres.

Jockey P Kumar, the rider of EXSTREAM, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming "in" and causing interference to GREY BULL (Shakti Singh) on his inside, which in turn, passed it on to KRUGAR PARK (Warren Singh) along the rails, approaching the 1000 Metres.

Jockey P Krishna, the rider of SHATTERED SHIELD, was fined Rs.1,000/- for coming `in` and causing interference to GREY BULL (Shakti Singh) on his inside approaching the 200 Metres.

Jockey K Narasimha, the rider of RAINBOW SPIRIT, was fined Rs.3,000/- for not making sufficient effort on his mount during the race.
