Shinde steering Tiberio to an unbelievable win, with the saddle having slipped and the jockey still driving out the horse to victory when most jockeys would have given up hopes of staying in the saddle, leave alone winning. Year 1972.
Yet another of those Shinde specials. Nine Carat comes down at the start of the Kingfisher Bangalore Derby but Shinde did remarkably well to balance himself, lift the horse and then ride out brilliantly. However, Nine Carat lost by a whisker to Treasure Girl who is seen in the next stall.
