ITBA TO HOST INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS - SEPTEMBER 2015

ITBA To Host International Congress - September 2015 - Including Open Veterinary Forum & International Symposium
Irish Thoroughbred Breeders’ Association is hosting the International Thoroughbred Breeders’ Federation Congress 2015, which will see over 90 international delegates from 36 breeding nations descend on Ireland, home of the thoroughbred over the Longines Irish Champions Weekend. During the international congress delegates will meet to discuss, formulate policy and make decisions on global breeding issues.
Council members of the NHBSI listed as delegates include Dr. F.F. Wadia (President), Ms. Ameeta Mehra and Mr. Anil Mukhi.
This is a wonderful opportunity for the ITBA to showcase our breeding and racing industries to an international audience. We would like to acknowledge the support we have received from all industry stakeholders. Their collective sponsorship is very much appreciated.
As part of this congress, the ITBA is hosting an Open Veterinary Forum, at The K Club, Thursday 10th September, at 2pm, which is kindly sponsored by Foran Equine.
On Friday 11th September an International Symposium, at 7.30pm (midnight in India) will take place at Goffs with gates opening at 6.30pm. This symposium will be streamed live on www.itba.ie
