OUR CHARMER (N Akhtar) dr. 10 fly jumped out of the gate losing approximately two lengths. Jockey S Domingo, the rider of CHARULATA, was reprimanded in the presence of Tr. Javed Khan for the indifferent handing of his mount in the early and middle stages of the race. He was further informed that he must make every effort to ride in such a manner that leaves no room for queries and that a repetition of a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported for appropriate action.
