Racing Incidents
BEST BET (Md. Islam) was very fractious and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances it was withdrawn with the permission of the Stewards. The Starting Stall Certificate of BEST BET has been revoked by the Starter. ARIZZANO (C Alford) injured itself on its way to the start. On arrival the gelding was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer and found to have sustained a cut injury on its right hind stifle fold, as such, it was withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge again until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.
