An enquiry has been opened into the breach in the conditions of the above race by Tr. D Byramji in that he declared Jockey S A Desouza, a foreign national, on his charge b m EXCELLENT ABILITY. Further, the Stewards have taken cognizance of the objection raised after the ‘all clear’ signal was given by the owner of the 2nd placed horse SECRET WHISPERS against the winner, for the above anomaly. The result of the enquiry and the decision of the Stewards in respect to the objection will be announced in due course. PARTY CELEBRATION (Nirmal Jodha) jumped awkwardly ‘inwards’ from the starting gates.
