PARTY CELEBRATION (Dashrath Singh) was slow to begin losing approximately three lengths at the start. Jockey Haroon Khan, the rider of FLASHING FLAME, when questioned regarding the performance of his mount, stated that despite his best efforts the gelding did not respond to his urgings and ran detached from the field. The gelding was impounded for veterinary examination. The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that on examination no apparent abnormality was noticed. Tr. Jasbir Singh was informed to ensure that his charge is capable of a better performance before next accepting with it. |
