b g MIDNIGHT COUP declared to run in the above race was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer on the morning of Wednesday, 31st March, 2010 and found to be lame on left fore, as such, the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr, Bath was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer. Prior to the running of the race Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor informed the Stipendiary Stewards that Jockey C Alford had been instructed to desist from using the whip on her charge ch g THUNDERING HOOVES as the gelding does not take kindly to the use of the whip.
