At the request of Tr. D M David ch g SUPERIOR QUEST, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on 12^th January, 2012 and found to have developed painful swelling on right knee.  Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

At the request of Trainer Ms. Arti Doctor, b g MESMERIZER was examined by the Veterinary Officer before being paraded in the paddock and was found to be lame on right fore.  Under the circumstances the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was informed not to accept with her charge until passed fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Jockey I Chisty, the rider of KINGDOMOFDREAMS, reported that his mount was inclined to run out through out the race.  Tr. D Byramji was advised to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with his charge again.
