b f HEER SALETI, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer On the morning of Monday, 23rd July, 2012 and found to be lame on left fore.  Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. Jasbir Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

 

LAKE KINGDOM (Vinay Jaiswal)  was very fractious while being stalled thereby delaying the start of the race.  Tr. Bharath Singh was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 

RITHAMBHRA (B Srinivas Rao) reared up as the start was effected thereby losing considerable ground at the start.

 

SUMANGALA (Afzal Khan) drifted to the outer portion of the race track passing the distance post.

 

Jockey A Imran Khan, the rider of b m RIVER DIVINE, when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount, stated that in spite of his best efforts  in the early stages of the race he was unable to be prominently positioned as the mare failed to respond to his urgings.  He was of the opinion that the mare required to be raced over longer distances.  Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when questioned was of the same opinion as that of the jockey and informed that he would be running his charge over longer distances whenever possible.  The mare was impounded for veterinary and clinical examinations.  The Sr. Veterinary Officer reported that on examination no ailment was noticed. 

 

Tr. Jasbir Singh Singh was advised to ensure that his charges arrived in time to be paraded in the paddock, failing which appropriate action would be taken against him.
