Racing Incidents

ALL THAT JAZZ (N S Parmar) was fractious while being stalled thereby delaying the start of the race.  Tr. C Gleich was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

AVON CREEK (App Vikash Tamang) and GIRL OF FLOWERS (Surjeet Singh) were slow to begin.

BAYBERRY (Shezad Khan) was inconvenienced when IMPERIAL STAR (Gajender Singh) jumped awkwardly ‘outwards’ from the gates.  Jocjey Gajender Singh reported that in this incident he momentarily lost his right stirrup iron.

Some distance after the start BAYBERRY (Shezad Khan) which was making progress was interfered between the 1000 and 900 metres when CLASSICAL ROMANCE (Vinay Jaiswal) shifted ‘inwards’.  At a subsequent enquiry both the jockeys were interviewed and Jockey Vinay Jaiswal  was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for his lapse. 

Passing the 400 metres BAYBERRY (Shezad Khan) was inconvenienced when IMPERIAL STAR (Gajender Singh) shifted ‘in’ under whip.  Jockey Gajender Singh was reprimanded for failing to maintain a straight course.
