When loaded in its stall, b c ACE HONOUR (App Ajoy Roy) injured itself on both hind.  Under the circumstances the colt was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders.  Tr. Vijay Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr, Veterinary Officer.

ZIP ZAP ZOOM (Nelson Maseyk) was very fractious in its stall.  In view of its behavior Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race.

FALLING SKY (Md Islam) was slow to begin.

Approaching the 800 metres DECCAN PRINCESS (Vinay Jaiswal) was bumped by ICONIC (Shezad Khan) which shifted ‘outwards’.  At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Shezad Khan was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for shifting ground when not adequately clear of the other runner.  He was further informed that should he ride in a careless manner again, he would be appropriately dealt with.

 The Veterinary Officer reported that ZIP ZAP ZOOM (Nelson Maseyk) returned lame on its left fore.  Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.

 Tr. Shafiq Khan when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge b f SREENIDHI in this race as compared to  its previous run in Race No. 86 run on 4^th September, 2012 stated that in Race No. 86 he had declared App Zarar Alam to ride his charge.  However, after that race he was of the opinion that the apprentice who is lacking in experience  and ability had failed to do adequate justice to his charge and further stated that he had declared the apprentice as he was unable to find a suitable experienced jockey to ride the filly.  The Stipendiary Stewards informed Tr. Shafiq Khan that it his duty to ensure that his charges run consistently and while on this occasion they would not be taking any action beyond noting the incident, they would closely monitor his choice of jockeys on his runners in future.
