b c ANDREUS (C Alford) was fractious while being  loaded into its stall thereby delaying the start of the race.  Further the colt kept an erratic course passing the distance post. Trainer Vijay Singh was advised to adequately school his charge before accepting it with again.

Jockey N S Parmar, the rider of AMERICAN PIE was reprimanded for failing to make adequate effort to improve his position during the middle stages of the race.
