Trs. Patrick Quinn and D Byramji were fined a sum of Rs. 500/- each for failing to declare weights in respect of their charges  OCEAN AND BEYOND and UNLEASHED respectively.

 gr c MALPENSA, a declared starter in this race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of 22nd January, 2013 and found to be lame on left fore.  Under the circumstances the colt was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

ARABIAN PRINCE (Jamie Spencer) which was inclined to run ‘out’ throughout the race returned lame on left fore.    Tr. J S Dhariwal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
