b g LEGENDS ORDER, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Sr. Veterinary Officer on the morning of Friday, 23rd August, 2013 and found be sore on its hind quarters.  Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds.  Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Sr. Veterinary Officer.  Further, the Stipendiary Stewards have opened an enquiry into the acceptance of the gelding by the Trainer  to run in this race and to its subsequent withdrawal from the race.

POLES APART (Shailesh Shinde, drawn 4), STUPID CUPID (C Alford, drawn 5) and RAZMADEN (App Rajinder Singh, drawn 6) were inconvenienced when ARROW IN AUTO MODE (App Sandeep Rajput, drawn 3) jumped awkwardly ‘outwards’ from the gates.
