Racing Incidents

DANCE IN CHINA (Nelson Maseyk) dislodged its rider when attempting to crawl under the gates as the start was effected.  The Starting Stall Certificate of the horse has been revoked by the Starter.

Approaching the 600 metres ROESTI (Shezad Khan) travelling between RIVER PRIDE (I Chisty) on the outside and KNIGHT OF ROMANCE (Janardhan Paswan) on the inside was squeezed for room when KNIGHT OF ROMANCE attempting to make progress  shifted ‘outwards’.  Jockey Janardhan Paswan was shown the CCTV replay of the race in the presence of the other two jockeys and severely reprimanded for shifting course when not adequately clear of the other runner.  Thereafter, approaching the 400 metres KNIGHT OF ROMANCE (Janardhan Paswan) now attempting to make progress between the rails and APPLE CANDY (Md Islam) caused the latter to be momentarily inconvenienced by  attempting a.run when there was insufficient room.  Jockey Janardhan Paswan was reprimanded for the lapse and advised to report to the Jockey Coach Mr. P Alford for adequate guidance.

APPLE CANDY (Md Islam) finished off the race detached from the field.
