For failing to produce the registered colours at the scale in respect of his charge SARTAJ, Tr. D M David was fined a sum of Rs. 325/-.  Subsequently ‘ALL BLACK’ emergency colours were permitted to be used.

When afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his charge STAMP ACT, Tr Vijay Singh stated that while he was not too disappointed with the performance of the filly, he was of the opinion that she exhibited a lack of experience due to this run being her maiden performance.  The Stipendiary Stewards noted his explanation.
