CHALAQUE (P Trevor) was fractious while being stalled.

TASVEER (B Srinivas Rao) was slow to begin.

Jockey B Srinivas Rao, the rider of  b f TASVEER, when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount stated that he was instructed to lead the field from the start.  Tr. Jasbir Singh corroborated the jockey’s statement and when queried by the Stipendiary Stewards whether he would give similar riding instructions when the filly next runs he stated that he would consider appropriate instructions at that point of time depending on the opposition.  The Stipendiary Stewards while noting his explanations, cautioned Tr. Jasbir Singh to be consistent in his instructions and that should he require to change instructions in the running of his charges  he must notify the same to the Stipendiary Stewards.
