FLYING BOY (M F Ali Khan) and RENUCAS GIFT (App Rajesh Ujgare) were fractious while being stalled.

AFRAH (App Md Azharuddin) planted losing approximately a distance at the start.  The Starting Stall Certificate of the filly has been revoked by the Starter.

RENUCAS GIFT (App Rajesh Ujgare) which jumped awkwardly ‘outwards’ from the gates was observed to run wide ‘off’ the field throughout the race.  At a subsequent enquiry App Rajesh Ujgare was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/- for not making an adequate attempt to race with the field.

FLYING BOY (M F Ali Khan) was inconvenienced when ABROOKE (Kishore Kadam) momentarily shifted ‘out’ passing the distance post.

In the concluding stages of the race DEVIL IN DISGUISE (Shezad Khan) drifted ‘outwards’ under pressure.

Tr. D Karki when afforded an opportunity to explain the improved performance of his charge b g DEVIL IN DISGUISE as compared to its previous run in Race No. 45 run on 26^th November, 2013 stated that he was pleasantly surprised with the start to finish victory of the gelding as he had instructed (as always) the rider to position his mount in mid brunch during the early stages of the race.  He further stated that the stable had not expected the gelding to perform at this level.  The Stipendiary Stewards while noting his explanations informed the trainer to ensure that his charges run more consistently in future.
