Racing Incidents

SET SAIL (S S Rathore) was fractious while being stalled.

TITUS ANDRONICUS (Md Islam) which was fractious in its stall was slow to begin.

DEVIL IN DISGUISE (Kishore Kadam) jumped awkwardly from the gates.

Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of  JASSI’S STAR, was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands before passing the winning post.

Trainer Ms. Arti Doctor when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of her charge SET SAIL which was allowed to run freely many lengths ahead of the field stated that she had instructed the rider to go to the front as the gelding is a one paced horse.  The Stipendiary Stewards made note of her instructions.

The Veterinary Officer reported that SET SAIL returned bleeding from both nostrils.  Tr. Ms. Arti Doctor was informed not to accept with her charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
