Racing Incidents

For failing to produce the registered colours at the scale in respect of his charge IJLAL, Tr. Javed Khan was fined a sum of Rs. 325/-.  Subsequently the emergency colour ‘ALL BLACK’ was permitted to be used.

IJLAL (Afzal Khan) refused to raise a fluent gallop soon after the start and finished the course detached from the field.  In view of its behaviour Tr. Javed Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.
