LEGENDS ORDER (B Mahesh) drifted to the outer portion of the race track approaching the distance post. App Munna Alam, the rider of ch f ABRIENDA when afforded an opportunity to explain the running of his mount stated that he was instructed to place his mount in 2nd or 3rd position and to do his best on entering the straight. However, the filly on jumping out of the gates raced fiercely with its head held high till approaching the 1000 metres and did not have much to offer when asked for an effort on entering the straight. Trainer Vijay Singh when questioned stated that the filly was known to run very keen in the early stages of the race and was a difficult ride and would perform best when given a clear run throughout the race. The Stipendiary Stewards after viewing the CCTV replay of the race made note of their statements.
