For accepting with his charge ch g HAYATA to run in the above race while under medication, Tr. Bharath Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/-. Subsequently, the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn.

b g TREASURE ISLAND, a declared starter in the above race was examined by the Veterinary Officer on the morning of Saturday, 4th October, 2014 and found to be lame on left fore. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. D M David was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Soon after the start ANALYST (Afzal Khan, drawn 2) made contact with SONGSTRESS (Mohit Singh, drawn 3).
