Racing Incidents

AARIYA (Sahanawaz) was fractious while being stalled.

MIDNIGHT MAGIC (A Sandesh) was slow to begin.

In the concluding stages of the race WHISPERING HOPE (Arman Khan) making progress along the rails was observed to have lost its stride and was brought to a quick stop by its jockey who dismounted on passing the winning post. On examination the Veterinary Officer reported that the gelding returned lame on right fore. Tr. Shafiq Khan was informed to keep his charge under observation and not to accept with the gelding until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. The Clerk of the Course conducted an inspection and certified that the condition of the track was fit to race.
