Racing Incidents

On the morning of Friday, 13th February, 2015, dk b g SIGNOR SASSI, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances the gelding was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

b g HURRICANE STAR (S Zervaan) was slow to begin losing approximately six lengths at the start. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised not to accept with the gelding until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

The Veterinary Officer reported that ANASSA returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. Patrick Quinn was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
