b f PRAISE HER GAZE, a declared starter in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer at 2.30 P.M. and found to be lame on its right fore. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Manvendra Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer. The filly was impounded for clinical examination.

SCARTELLA (Shailesh Shinde) and SOLITARY EAGLE (B Nikhil) were fractious while being stalled.

COPERNICUS (Shezad Khan) and ANTONIUS MAXIMUS (Russell Xaviers) were slow to begin.

ANTONIUS MAXIMUS (Russell Xaviers) trailed the field home. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed that he had been advised earlier not to accept with his charge until it was capable of better performance in spite of which the gelding performed in a similar manner as in its previous outings i.e., trailed the field home.
