AMAZING LEGEND (P S Chouhan) which was re - saddled at the start was fractious while being stalled and was slow to begin.

RUSTLER (Imran Chisty) was fractious while being stalled.

LEOPARD CREEK (Neeraj Rawal) was extremely fractious while being stalled. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Starter in a barrier trial during the hours of morning track work.

AHLAN (App Hindu Singh) was slow to begin.

An enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race with particular refe rence to the abrupt halt in the running of AMAZING LEGEND (P S Chouhan) in the concluding stages of the race . At the conclusion of the enquiry it was established that some distance from the winning post when in clear running AMAZING LEGEND (P S Chouhan) sustained a fracture of right fore scapula and was brought to a halt by its jockey who thereafter dismounted. As no blame could be attributed to anybody , the “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. The colt was later eutha nised on humanitarian grounds.

The Race track was examined by the Clerk of the Course and passed fit to race.
