Approaching the 800 metres KING KONG (App Hindu Singh) was checked by its rider and lost some ground when NOVERRO (A Ashhad Asbar) making rapid progress on the outside momentarily shifted ‘in’ causing NO MORE POLITICS (Sandeep Rajput) to be carried onto APTNESS (App Munna Alam) who then shifted ‘in’ onto KING KONG (App Hindu Singh). At a subsequent enquiry jockeys A Ashaad Asbar, Sandeep Rajput and App Munna Alam were shown the CCTV replay of the race and Jockey Ashhad Asbar was advised to exercise greater control over his mounts failing which he would dealt with appropriately.

Trainer Ms. Arti Doctor when queried about the poor performance of her charge b f BOLD LEGACY stated that the extreme humid and hot weather condition was the main reason why her charge performed much below expectations as the filly is extremely ‘dry coated’ (no sweat). She continued by stating that the filly will not be entered to race during the ensuing monsoon season.
