RUNNING HAND (C Alford) was fractious in its stalls.

An enquiry was held into the running of AHLAN (Mudassar Nazar) which jumped out awkwardly from its stall. At the conclusion of the enquiry Jockey Mudassar Nazar was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for making no attempt thereafter to improve the filly’s position in the early and middle stages of the race. Mr. Mudassar Nazar was informed that should he rider in a similar manner in future he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.

Jockey Mohit Singh, the rider of REWALDING, was fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for the undesirable practice of celebrating victory prior to passing the winning post.

Jockey B L Paswan, the rider of TIMELESS MAGIC, reported that on entering the straight his mount was not striding fluently , hence he brought the gelding to a halt. The gelding was impounded for veterinary examination. On endoscopic examination the gelding was found to have slight traces of blood in the trachea. Tr. Farley Rodrigues was informed not to accept with the gelding until reviewed by an endoscopic examination after a 600 metres gallop during the hours of morning track work.

Following the race day the Veterinary Officer reported that b c SHERWOOD was found to be lame on right hind. Tr. Bharath Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
