Jasbir Singh was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Passing the distance post ADAMANTIUM (Hindu Singh) and ZANDRA (Pintu Das) travelling along the rails made contact with each other. At a subsequent enquiry both Jockeys were interviewed and Jockey Hindu Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/- for not exercising adequate control over his mount. Jockey Hindu Singh was further fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for excessive use of the whip (2nd offence).
