Racing Incidents

b f TRUE STORY (C S Jodha) refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.

HURRICANE STORM (B Mahesh) was slow to begin.

Approaching the 800 metres DIAMOND CREEK (Hindu Singh) travelling on the outside of BULLDOZER (App Nikhil Naidu) and GLAMOUROUS GLORY (Md Islam) which was positioned along the rails were inconvenienced when BULLDOZER shifted ‘outwards’ and ‘inwards’ for no apparent reason. At a subsequent enquiry App Nikhil Naidu was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount. Further, App Nikhil Naidu was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/- for excessive use of the whip (1st offence).

The Veterinary Officer reported that ROMAN RIDGES returned bleeding from both nostrils. Tr. H S Bath was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
