Racing Incidents

NOVA (C Alford) was fractious while being stalled. Tr. H S Bath was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

AROUND THE WORLD (P S Chouhan) which was fractious in its stall was examined by the Veterinary Officer, declared fit to race and was re-loaded in its stall.

DOTHRAKI (Nikhil Naidu) was inconvenienced and had to be checked by its rider when Jockey Vinay Jaiswal (CHERRY PINK) making progress on the outside shifted his mount ‘inwards’ passing the distance post. At a subsequent enquiry Jockey Vinay Jaiswal was shown the CCTV replay of the race and fined a sum of Rs. 2,500/- for failing to keep his mount on a straight path.

Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DEVINE CHAKRA, reported that his mount was inclined to lean ‘out’ till about the 300 metre marker.

The Veterinary Officer reported that AROUND THE WORLD returned with cut injury on right fore.
