SOUTHERN LIGHT (Hindu Singh) was difficult to load.

b g MARAZZO (R S Bhati) brushed against the false rails passing the 300 metres under the use of the whip. Jockey R S Bhati was advised to take remedial measures to improve his riding, particularly when using the whip.

The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine b g MARAZZO and report ailment, if any. Following the race day the gelding was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be trotting sound.
