b f VIOLIN, an acceptor in the above race, was examined by the Veterinary Officer on 11th December, 2021 and found to be lame on right hind. Under the circumstances the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Tr. Neil Darashah was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

Jockey Arshad Alam failed to fulfil his riding engagements for the day having once again missed his flight. Since the Jockey had been reprimanded and fined for similar lapses on earlier occasions, he was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/-. Further, the Jockey has been cautioned that stricter action will be initiated against him if he continues with his unprofessional ways.

In view of Jockey Arshad Alam’s inability to fulfil his riding engagement for the day, Tr. Aashay Doctor was permitted to substitute Jockey Shezad Khan to ride his charge PSYCHIC FORCE.

In the process of Jockey H M Akshay trying to settle and hold back his mount CONSIGLIORI during the initial stages of the race, the saddle used on the gelding shifted forward passing the 1200 metres and the lead bag fell off passing the 800 metres. Thereafter Jockey H M Akshay eased up the gelding and did not complete the course.

TUDOR HALL (A Sandesh) stumbled on the lead bag that fell off CONSIGLIORI’s saddle passing the 800 metres.
