Tr. Vikash Jaiswal and Jockey Md Imran were fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/- each for the unsatisfactory running and riding of b g SCRIPT.

Jockey H Rahul, the rider of D GOLD DIGGER, was fined a sum of Rs. 5,000/- for failing to make any effort to improve position in the middle stages of the race.

Tr. Vikash Jaiswal and Jockey Vinay Jaiswal when afforded an opportunity to explain the running and riding of b m SHIVALIK SILK, Jockey Vinay Jaiswal stated that :-

1) My instructions were to sit in 3rd/4th position.

2) Soon after the jump, my horse SHIVALIK SILK got a severe check from the horse D GOLD DIGGER and literally my horse dropped the bit and didn't respond throughout the race despite my best efforts.

3) After the poor performance, the Trainer and myself had a discussion and came to the conclusion that from the time the Hood Blinkers has been put on the horse, the horse is not racing genuinely.

Tr. Vikash Stated that :-

1) My instructions to the jockey were to sit 3rd, 4th and to do his best in the straight.

2) After watching the race my observation is that the mare got check soon after the start and after that she did not raise gallop at all despite jockey's efforts, and also I would like to add one more thing that may be after using hood blinkers in my opinion, she has not performed genuinely.

The enquiry in this case has been kept open.

The Veterinary Officer reported that :-

a) NANDINI’S PET returned bleeding after the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.

b) FOOTPRINTS was examined and found to be trotting sound.
