Racing Incidents
At the request of Tr.Dallas Todywalla, ELUSIVE TRUST was examined by the Club’s Sr.V.O. at 1245 hours on 11/09/2008 and found to be sore by the right fore due to painful swelling of the tendon, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race. After passing 200 metres, FIERY FORTUNE (Dashrath Singh) shifted in under use of the whip and went across SILENT PRESENCE (P.Kamlesh) who had to be checked. Jockey Dashrath Singh has been fined Rs.3000/- for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
