Racing Incidents

At the request of Trainer Rehanullah Khan, UPROAR was examined at 0815 hours on the race day (16/10/2011) and was found to be sore by the left fore leg,  as such the gelding was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race. 

At the start, ARABIAN STAR (Vikram Jodha) jumped out awkwardly outwards and went on to SHERMAN FLAIL (Akash Agarwal).

Trainer Narendra Lagad and Jockey Akash Agarwal were questioned regarding the running and riding of SHERMAN FLAIL. Instructions were to be well up and ride out. The Jockey was informed that he had not made sufficient effort to be as instructed and then he had travelled wide and raced on the Main Track. The Trainer added that he had specifically told the Jockey not to go on the Main Track. An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of SHERMAN FLAIL and a reported will be submitted shortly.

After the race, ARABIAN STAR was found to be sore by the right fore leg, and had a cut injury at the right hind pastern. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

After the race, SHERMAN FLAIL was found to be sound. PARIS HILTON had lost her left fore plate.
